FAQ
Before you book
Why not just do a free call?
The first 15 minutes are free. Beyond that, paid time keeps my calendar honest and yours productive — you come prepared, I come prepared, and neither of us schedules meetings that shouldn't exist.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — up to 24 hours before the session, no questions asked. Package hours are flexible by design.
Can my co-founder join?
Please. Bring the whole founding team — the hour is yours, and alignment questions are often the most valuable ones.
Do the hours expire?
The 5 hour package expires after 3 months. The 10 hour package should be used within 6 months. Most people don't have to worry about expiry dates.
Do you sign NDAs?
For a single advisory session, no — like most investors and advisors, I'd be signing dozens a week. We can cover a lot of ground talking in non-confidential terms. I've been in business for a long time, and of course I don't discuss sensitive client data with others as a matter of professional practice. However, I respectfully request that you not send me confidential information unless we have talked and agreed that it is necessary ahead of time. If we agree that an NDA is absolutely necessary, we can do that.
What if I need a more in-depth engagement?
Longer engagements (fractional advisory, accelerator programs, board-level work) are all possibilities, and all start with the same intro call. We'll scope it together.
